Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TPS38P) is a compact 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide rail engineered for glass door installations. It incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) for fast, secure attachment to monolithic tempered glass. Rails ship complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches for quick, out-of-carton installation.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers one of the fastest installation workflows in the industry—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes—making it an ideal choice for commercial glass door projects and retrofit installations. After rail installation, simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The built-in Adjustable Door Alignment System lets you fine-tune door position by 1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. Adjustment is performed by removing the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt locks the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide in or out. The low-profile slide also enables pivot placement other than the American Standard Setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), allowing fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.

Other Wedge-Lock® advantages include models that accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10–19 mm) glass, a rigid single-component housing that resists shifting over time, no need to remove internal components for installation, and durable glass-securing pads designed for longevity in extreme environments.

NOTE: All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include the built-in Jamb Alignment Block. Arms and pivots must be ordered separately to meet job requirements.
