This Rixson® Model 27 Offset Floor Mounted Door Closer (SKU: PH27105SH0LH85) is a heavy-duty floor-mounted door closer engineered for superior closing efficiency. The bottom arm connects directly to the floor closer spindle so the door weight is supported at the floor, providing higher mechanical efficiency than surface-mounted or overhead concealed closers. Ideal as a floor-mounted closer for 450 lb doors and 48" wide openings, it controls heavy exterior and interior doors reliably.
Standard features include selective on/off hold-open, built-in positive dead stop, and separate independent valves for closing, latch and backcheck adjustments for precise control.
