This Rixson® Model 27 Offset Floor Mounted Door Closer is a heavy-duty offset floor closer designed for reliable, efficient control of heavy doors. Because the bottom arm connects directly to the floor closer spindle, closing efficiency and load support exceed that of surface-mounted or overhead concealed closers — ideal for commercial exterior or interior doors requiring a floor-mounted solution.

Standard features: selective on/off hold open, built-in positive dead stop, and independent valves for closing, latch and backcheck adjustment. This closer is suitable for applications requiring a durable offset floor mounted door closer for heavy doors and commercial entryways.
