The Rixson® Model 28 Center-Hung Floor Mounted Door Closer is engineered for superior mechanical door control, accommodating both exterior and interior doors up to 350 lbs (158 kg) and 48" (1.22 m) wide.
This high-efficiency closer features a direct connection between the bottom arm and the floor closer spindle, significantly enhancing closing efficiency over surface or overhead concealed closers.
Standard features include selective on or off hold open, a built-in positive dead stop, and independent valves for closing, latch, and backcheck adjustments.

opening forces, this closer may not provide adequate spring power for all site conditions.
