This Rixson® Model 328 Center-Hung Floor Mounted Door Closer (SKU PH32890SH0R85) delivers precise mechanical control for interior or exterior doors. Designed for tapered spindle inserts used with patch fittings, this floor closer supports doors up to 325 lbs. (147 kg) and 42" (1.07 m) wide.
Standard features include selective on/off hold-open, a built-in positive dead stop, and separate independent valves for closing, latch and backcheck adjustments—providing adjustable, reliable performance for commercial entrances and glass door applications.
NOTE: While the ADA series can meet A.D.A. specified opening forces (8.5 lbs.), varying site conditions and door sizes may reduce spring power and prevent adequate closing force.
