This Rixson® Model 328 Center-Hung Floor Mounted Door Closer (SKU: PH328105SH0R85) is a durable center-hung floor-mounted door closer engineered to provide reliable mechanical control for interior or exterior doors. Designed for use with the tapered spindle insert for patch fittings, this closer supports doors up to 325 lbs (147 kg) and up to 42" (1.07 m) wide.
Standard features include selective on/off hold-open, a built-in positive dead stop, and separate independent valves for closing, latching, and back check adjustments—ideal for commercial ADA door projects and retrofit applications.
NOTE: Although A.D.A. Series door closers meet A.D.A. specified opening force limits, they may not provide sufficient spring power to fully control and close some doors depending on site conditions and door size.
