Rixson® Model 28 Center-Hung Floor Mounted Door Closer — engineered for high-efficiency door control on heavy center-hung doors. The bottom arm connects directly to the floor closer spindle, transferring door weight to the closer and delivering superior closing efficiency compared with surface or overhead concealed closers. Ideal for exterior and interior center-hung doors up to 350 lb (158 kg) and 48" (1.22 m) wide.

Standard features: selective on/off hold-open, built-in positive dead stop, and separate independent valves for closing, latch and backcheck adjustments — providing precise, field-adjustable performance for commercial and heavy-duty applications.
