Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, is engineered for frameless and storefront glass doors using tempered monolithic glass. The exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System secures the glass by applying downward pressure with two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. As the bar is tightened with socket head cap bolts, angled extrusions engage the door rail wedge to create high retention force—more than 900 lbs. in the 9" (228.6 mm) corner rail—delivering reliable long-term performance for commercial glass doors.

Wedge-Lock® Door Rails are supplied completely fabricated and ready-to-install with end caps installed. After mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail. The standard Adjustable Door Alignment System (top and bottom rails) provides ±1/8" (3.2 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door, enabling field alignment for out-of-square openings.

To fine-tune the door after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt locks the adjustable slide; the outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3.2 mm) in or out. The low-profile slide and slotted pivot grooves allow non-standard setback positions and vertical out-of-square fabrication.
