Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU DR2TSA38PL) is a compact, commercial-grade low profile glass door rail—2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide—designed for 3/8" (10 mm) monolithic tempered glass. It features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System for fast, reliable installation and long-term durability. Rails ship ready-to-install with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides a secure attachment and the fastest installation time among door rail systems; experienced installers can prepare a door in less than ten minutes. Rails arrive completely fabricated—after installation the adjustable door alignment slide is ready to accept your door arm or pivot (not included). The adjustable alignment system (standard on both top and bottom rails) lets you shift the door ±1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door, and the low-profile slide accommodates pivots with slotted grooves for non-standard setbacks and vertically out-of-square openings.

Adjustment is quick: removing the end cap reveals three socket head cap bolts—center bolt locks the slide; outer bolts adjust ±1/8" (3 mm). The single-component housing is rigid and resists shift over time; internal components do not require removal before installation. Glass securing pads are designed for longevity in extreme environments. Models are available to accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10–19 mm) glass.

NOTE: All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include a built-in jamb alignment block. Arms and pivots must be ordered separately to meet job requirements.
