These CRL Aluminum Threaded Klik® Poly-Nuts provide a fast, reliable way to install permanent threads in thin materials down to .010" (.25 mm) or .020" (.51 mm) and in thicker panels up to .080" (2 mm) or .125" (3.17 mm). Ideal for applications that are too thin for tapped threads, they create a nearly flush, vibration-proof installation by compression fit and accept machine bolts and screws from #6-32 up to 3/8" (10 mm)-16. The special installation tool sets the inserts quickly and holds them in place for immediate fastening—reducing rework and assembly time for technicians and fabricators.
