Deep U-Channel (SKU: SDCD38BN) is an aluminum channel designed for securing fixed panels of glass—ideal for frameless shower installations and other fixed-panel applications. This 3/4" (19 mm) high profile accepts 3/8" (10 mm) glass and works as a top channel where glass is inserted from above and lowered into a 3/8" (10 mm) tall regular U-channel at the base. Channels are individually wrapped to protect finishes.
We offer two U-channel profiles—Fixed Panel Regular and Deep—each available for 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) glass. Use with monolithic tempered glass and wet-glaze with clear silicone for a secure, durable installation.
