CRL's Premium Cap Rails are manufactured using a precise Bump-Forming process that delivers consistent radius, tighter tolerances, and reduced spring-back compared with roll-formed cap rails. Welds on both sides of the internal channel increase strength and stability, ensuring a true fit into welded corners without twist or discoloration—ideal for architectural stainless steel cap rail applications. These bump-formed premium cap rails maintain uniform diameters for smooth hairline transitions at splices, corners, and end caps.
