CRL's Premium Cap Rails (SKU: GR15PS14) are manufactured using a bump-forming process that delivers tighter tolerances, consistent radii, and reduced stress versus roll-formed cap rails. Welds on both sides of the internal channel increase strength and stability, allowing precise fits into welded corners without twist or discoloration—ideal for bump-formed stainless steel cap rails and premium stainless cap rail applications.

All CRL Premium Cap Rail lengths are formed with precision tooling to maintain uniform diameters for smooth hairline transitions at splices, corners, and end caps. The internal channel is welded in place for added rigidity during fabrication. Use CRL Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement for secure, permanent bonds at all connections. Sold in 120" (3.05 m) and 168" (4.27 m) stock lengths; connector sleeves are recommended for joining.
