CRL Premium Cap Rails (SKU: GR20PS14) are bump-formed and welded for precision, strength, and consistent radius—ideal for stainless steel glass railing, balustrades, and architectural handrail applications. Unlike roll-formed rails, bump-formed cap rails resist spring-back and twist; dual welds on the internal channel improve stability and maintain tight tolerances for accurate fit at welded corners and end caps. All cap rails are formed with precision tooling to ensure uniform diameters for smooth hairline transitions at splices and corners. The internal channel is welded for increased strength and stability during fabrication. Use Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement for a secure, permanent bond at all connections and connector sleeves (Cat. No. GR20CSS) to join rails. Installation notes:

• For 1/2" (12 mm) glass: use Cat. No. GR5PV cap rail vinyl plus 95CBL Silicone.
• For 5/8" (16 mm) glass: use 95CBL Silicone and shims.
• For 3/4" (19 mm) glass: use 95CBL Silicone and shims (see shims).
