CRL Roll Formed Square Cap Rails provide a cost-effective alternative to Premium Cap Rails while delivering the appearance and performance required for architectural glass railing systems. These SRF-series cap rails (SKU: SRF15BS) accept multiple glass thicknesses using interchangeable protective rubber inserts and are roll-formed from 316 stainless steel for long-term durability. Precision tooling maintains uniform squareness for smooth, hairline transitions at splices, corners, and end caps—an important differentiator for visible architectural applications. Use CRL Roll Formed Square Cap Rail Connector Sleeves with Cat. No. 7649 Primer and Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement to achieve secure, permanent bonds at all connections.

SRF15 Series 1-1/2" (38 mm) square cap rail for 1/2", 9/16", and 5/8" (12, 13.52, 16 mm) glass. SRF20 Series 2" (51 mm) square cap rail for 1/2", 9/16", 5/8", 11/16", and 27/32" (12, 13.52, 16, 17.52, 21.52 mm) glass.
