The CRL Ultimate Series Hinge (SKU: ULT037SS) combines refined aesthetics with long service life. Machined entirely from 316 stainless steel, this shower door hinge offers superior corrosion resistance for seaside and high-salt environments. It features stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs for reliable door closure and longevity. The Ultimate Series uses the same reversible 5° pivot pin found in CRL’s Geneva, Cathedral, Pinnacle, Roman, and Elite series; a custom pivot pin is available for off-angle installations.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with one side preset at 90° and the opposite side at 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). Pins can be rotated to change the closure angle.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins can be specified for off-angle walls (up to 45°) when the standard 5° offset does not achieve the desired door position.

Load Capacities:
Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 90 lbs (41 kg), max door width 30" (762 mm).
Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
