The CRL Ultimate Series Hinge (SKU: ULT037PS) combines design elegance with long service life. With the same rounded corners and beveled edges as the Pinnacle Hinge, the Ultimate is made entirely of 316 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance—ideal for seaside and high-salt environments. Stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs ensure long service life and reliable door closure. The hinge includes a reversible 5° pivot pin; custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard hinges ship with the 90° side activated. Pre-set models come with the 85° side activated for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify the required angle up to 45°) to help close doors where walls do not meet at 90°.

Load Capacity:
Using two hinges with 5/16" to 1/2" (8–12 mm) tempered glass: holds up to 90 lbs (41 kg), max door width 30" (762 mm).
Using three hinges with 5/16" to 1/2" (8–12 mm) tempered glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
