Overview
- Instantly creates a coolant dam for glass drilling
- Slanted walls reduce splash and coolant loss
- Cleans easily — non-rusting, non-marring rubber
Use our CRL Suction Base Drilling Rings (SKU: RR45) when drilling glass with coolant or carbide drill bits. Made from a special non-marring rubber compound that won’t chip glass if dropped, these easy-to-use suction rings adhere with a wet base—just moisten with coolant or glass cleaner and press onto the glass. Available in four round diameters (measured inside the ring) and one oval ring for drilling dual outlets. Ideal for precision glass hole cutting, tile hole drilling, and installations requiring reliable coolant containment.
Product Warning:
Always wear proper safety gear including gloves and eye protection when drilling glass. Work on a flat, horizontal surface. Use a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) when operating electric tools with water or coolant. Failure to follow these precautions can result in operator injury.
Order SKU RR45 now to prevent coolant splash and protect glass during drilling.
