These CRL Aluminum Threaded Klik® Poly-Nuts (SKU 322VB) provide an efficient way to install permanent, vibration-proof threads in thin materials (down to .010" / .25 mm or .020" / .51 mm) and thicker materials up to .080" / 2 mm or .125" / 3.17 mm. Ideal long-tail solutions for blind fastening in metal, fiberglass, and rigid plastic that are too thin for tapped threads, these poly-nuts set nearly flush by compression fit and accept machine bolts and screws from 6-32 to 3/8"-16 threads.
These Threaded Poly-Nuts are available in bulk or in the Kit (one insert tool, mandrels, and a full selection of all seven sizes of nuts and inserts in a compartmented plastic carrying case). Tool, mandrels, nuts and inserts are also sold separately.
