This

CRL 3/4" x 1/4" (19 x 6 mm) Screen Frame

is made of .019 mil thick roll formed aluminum. It is cambered (slightly bowed) to retain screen tension when installed. It accepts CRL .140" Spline. Use either WSC104 Aluminum Corners for mitered frame corners or SWSC14 Series Square Cut Plastic Corners for a square cut frame application.

Stock lengths must ship common carrier unless specifically cut for UPS shipment.

Because of tolerances in coil stock and stretch in the roll forming process, stock thicknesses can range from the advertised thickness plus or minus .002" (.05 mm). This is standard in the industry.
