The CRL Overhead Track Sliding and Bi-Fold Door Systems (SKU: 0TS203DU) are engineered for versatile commercial and residential glass door installations. The universal track and roller design supports sliding, half-panel bi-fold, or full-panel bi-fold layouts, and each system is custom built to your opening size, glass thickness, and locking hardware requirements. These systems are an ideal choice for heavy glass sliding door applications and tempered glass bi-fold door installations.

Our Cat. No. 0TCA top roller carriage assemblies provide easy height and alignment adjustment. Their compact profile matches top track and door rail widths for a continuous sight line. A pile weatherstrip fills the gap between the top track and door rail for improved sealing. An optional recessed 0TBR Series guide channel is supplied with each system to enhance performance and security.

CRL overhead track sliding door systems are available in eight standard sliding configurations. Each sliding panel is supported by two Cat. No. 0TCA carriage assemblies. Maximum panel weight: 225 lbs. (102 kg). Maximum panel width: 72" (1.83 m). Minimum panel width: 25" (635 mm). Systems are custom order only. Standard with 4" (102 mm) square rails; 4", 6", or 10" (102, 152, or 254 mm) rail combinations available. Most orders are fabricated within five business days at our Los Angeles, California facility.
