CRL Cap Rail Vinyl (GR5PV) creates a durable, rigid protective layer between metal cap rails and monolithic glass to prevent metal-to-glass contact and reduce stress points. Ideal for glazing applications requiring a ready-to-install vinyl insert for 1/2" glass, this product works with common U-channel cap rail systems and 11-gauge low-profile rails.

Installation: Use 95CBL silicone to secure the vinyl inside the cap rail pocket and to bond to the glass for a permanent, vibration-resistant fit.
