This

CRL 3/4" x 1/4" (19.05 x 6.35 mm) Screen Frame

is made of

mil thick roll formed aluminum. It has a knureld lip and is cambered (slightly bowed) to retain screen tension when installed. It will accept CRL .140" Spline. You can use either

Aluminum Corners or

Plastic Corners for mitered frame corners or

Series Square Cut Plastic Corners for a square cut frame application.

Uses Corners: WSC104 for Mitered Corners; SWSC14 for Square Cut Corners

Stock lengths must ship common carrier unless specifically cut for UPS shipment.

Because of tolerances in coil stock and stretch in the roll forming process, stock thicknesses can range from the advertised thickness plus or minus .002" (.05 mm). This is standard in the industry.
