CRL M66 (SKU: M66SBRZ) is a one-part, moisture-curing, gun-grade modified polyurethane construction sealant formulated for moving joints. It typically requires no primer on common construction substrates and provides durable, permanently flexible performance for exterior perimeter and storefront applications.

Basic Uses: CRL M66 is a low-VOC polyurethane construction sealant designed for sealing moving joints in concrete, masonry, metal, storefronts, curtain walls, and typical perimeter joints between framing (doors and windows) and building structure. The advanced polymer chemistry delivers excellent adhesion to fluoropolymer paint coatings such as KYNAR®, Duranar®, and Duranar® Sunstorm™, plus aluminum, steel, galvanized steel, plastics, vinyl, glass, wood, concrete, brass, and other common building substrates.

Compatible with insulating glass sealants when used as a toe or heel bead. Suitable for interior and exterior use. Service temperature after full cure: -75°F to 300°F (-59°C to 149°C). Paintable with water-based paints after approximately two hours. The light grainy texture blends with stucco, masonry, and smooth metal storefront joints to hide tooling marks. Also used in manufacturing applications (travel trailers, mobile homes) and for galvanized HVAC ductwork assembly.
