Overview

Interior slip-fit horizontal corners for 1/2" (12 mm) or 5/8" (16 mm) thick glass allow hairline joint assemblies with straight lengths of CRL Cap Rail. Use CRL Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement to achieve a secure, permanent bond. Two connector sleeves are required per corner.
Each horizontal corner is fabricated, finished, and individually packed. Stainless and brass corners are made from CRL Premium Cap Rail and welded and finished to match. Standard stainless alloy is 304; 316 stainless is available on special order. Standard brass alloy is 260.
Installation notes: For 1/2" (12 mm) glass use GR5PV Cap Rail Vinyl and 95CBL Silicone to secure the glass. For GR15 Series corners or 5/8" (16 mm) glass, secure with 95CBL Silicone and shims only.
Product warning: Follow the securement recommendations above for 1/2" and 5/8" glass to ensure a safe, permanent installation.
