CRL's 1" (25.4 mm) Custom Square Standoff Cap Assemblies (SKU: SCAP1CBS) install quickly with matching 1" square standoff bases thanks to our exclusive, alignment-first design. The removable-allenscrew secondary cap features two flat sides to clamp panel material securely; the top cap then slips over the secondary cap, aligns with the square base and is held with undetectable double-sided tape—eliminating trial-and-error alignment. Requires a 5/8" (16 mm) hole for assembly. Complete assembly includes: (1) square cap with double-sided tape, (1) secondary cap, (1) 1/4"-20 x 1" allen screw, (1) clear plastic washer with sleeve, and (1) clear plastic washer. Ideal as a 1-inch square standoff cap assembly, decorative wall fastener, or stainless steel standoff cap for custom thickness panels.
