It’s a reliable choice for contractors, glaziers, and DIYers who need a durable, weather-resistant silicone sealant.
Basic Uses
- CRL 22C Clear: Multipurpose adhesive and sealant with high tensile strength—ideal for exterior weather sealing and household repairs.
- CRL 22AL Aluminum: Seam sealer for aluminum window joints, rain gutters, metal awnings, patio doors, and mobile home panels.
- CRL 22BL Black: Automotive and rubber repairs—seals leaks in doors, windows, and trunk lid gaskets.
- CRL 22W White: Mildew-resistant caulk formulated for bathtubs, sinks, tile, and shower stalls—great for bathroom and shower caulking.
- CRL 55RED: High-temperature silicone gasket sealant (up to 600°F / 315°C) for automotive applications—resists heat, oils, grease, antifreeze, and transmission fluid.
Product Warning:
Not recommended for structural silicone or insulating glass glazing, concrete and stone expansion joints, horizontal decks, patios, driveway or terrace joints where abrasion is possible. Not for surfaces with special protective or cosmetic coatings (mirrors, reflective glass), or on polyethylene or polypropylene. Not recommended for concrete, marble, limestone, lead-coated surfaces, submerged use (swimming pools), plazas, decks, or pavements. Remove all old sealant before applying new. Not suitable for painting. Check the squeeze tube label and technical data sheet for additional limitations.
