This CRL Standard Inset Frame Exchange Window (SKU: S1EW3636DU) is engineered for secure teller and customer-service openings in walls 4-7/8" (124 mm) or thicker. The unit installs as an inset frame: slide into the opening and secure by fastening through the perimeter frame into the wall opening. Includes a 12" (305 mm) deep stainless steel shelf with built-in non-ricochet, bullet-resistant deal tray and a stainless steel N666 Level 3 speak-thru for clear voice transmission. Glazing provides Level 1 bullet resistance. For exterior applications, an overhang or awning is recommended. Two frame finishes and two sizes are available from stock—ideal for bank teller exchange windows, security transaction counters, and customer-service vestibules.
