CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L045FG) — a heavy-duty, solid brass shower door hinge designed for wider, heavier shower doors where standard hinges fail. Similar to Vienna hinges but with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern look. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs (safer for mouse-ear styles) or remove pins for increased adjustability to fit CRL rectangular square-corner cut-outs and, in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship set to 90°. Rotate the pin (not flip) to activate the 85° side for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Pre-set models ship with 85° activated.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) to improve door closing where walls are not square.

Load Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass the hinge will hold up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass the hinge will hold up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with a maximum width of 36" (914 mm).
