CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU C0L037FG) — a heavy-duty shower door hinge designed for wider, heavier frameless glass doors. Similar to Vienna hinges but with radius corners and beveled edges, Cologne Hinges deliver a sleek, low-profile look while offering greater strength than standard hinges. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave pins installed for compatibility with CRL "mouse‑ears" cut-outs, or remove them for rectangular/square cut-out templates (may fit some competitive cut-outs).

Standard reversible pivot pin: Each hinge includes a pivot pin with 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models ship at 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to change the active angle.

Custom pivot pins: Available up to 45° for off-angle installations where wall and door do not meet at 90°.

Load capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm) supports up to 110 lb (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges supports up to 140 lb (63 kg) for the same maximum width.
