CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L037GM) are precision solid-brass glass shower door hinges designed for wider, heavier shower doors where standard hinges fail. Featuring radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, contemporary look, these Cologne Hinges are an ideal brass shower hinge option for residential and hotel glass shower doors.

Two internal steel pins give installation flexibility: leave both pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs to preserve safety, or remove them for increased adjustability to fit CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and, in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° (standard) and 85° (5° tighter closure toward the shower interior). Rotate the pin (not flip) to select the desired closure angle.

Custom Pivot Pins: Available for off-angle installations—specify required angle up to 45° when the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

Load Capacity:

Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lb (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).

Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lb (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
