CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L0370RB) feature radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern look. Built from solid brass, these shower door hinges are engineered for wider, heavier doors that standard hinges cannot support. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins in for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them to increase adjustability and fit rectangular or competitive square-corner cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with two settings—90° (standard) and 85° (pre-set option) for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available to accommodate off-angle installations up to 45°. Specify the required angle when standard adjustment is insufficient.

Performance & Capacity:
- Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm): holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
- Using three hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm): holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
