CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L037BR) are a brass shower door hinge option designed for wider, heavier glass doors where standard hinges may not suffice. Similar to Vienna Hinges, Cologne Hinges add radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, low-profile appearance—ideal as a brass shower door hinge or glass shower door hinge for upscale bathrooms and hotel projects. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove pins for rectangular/square corner cut-outs (including some competitive templates).

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with one side at 90º and the opposite at 85º (5º tighter closure into the shower). Standard models ship set at 90º; Pre-Set models ship at 85º. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the closing angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins can be ordered for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45º) when the standard 5º adjustment is insufficient.

LOAD CAPACITY:
Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm): holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm): holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max width 36" (914 mm).
