CRL Cologne Hinges are a solid-brass shower door hinge designed for wider, heavier tempered glass doors when traditional hinges fall short. Similar to Vienna hinges but with radius corners and beveled edges, Cologne Hinges deliver a sleek, premium appearance. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them to increase adjustability for CRL rectangular or some competitive square-corner cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90° on one side and 85° on the other (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). Standard models ship set to 90°. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to activate the alternate setting.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available up to 45° for off-angle wall installations when the standard 5° offset is insufficient.

LOAD CAPACITY:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
