CRL Cologne 037 Series Vintage Brass H-Back Plate Wall-Mount Hinge

CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L037VBR) are a heavy-duty, decorative shower door hinge designed for wider, heavier glass doors where standard hinges fail. Cologne Hinges resemble Vienna Hinges but feature radius corners and beveled edges for a sleeker appearance. Internal dual steel pins allow two cut-out options: leave both pins in place to use CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove the pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL or some competitive rectangular/square cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90° (standard) and 85° (pre-set models) sides. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change between a neutral swing and a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior—ideal for precise door alignment.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins (up to 45°) are available for off-angle or non-square wall installations to ensure the door closes correctly when standard adjustment isn't sufficient.

LOAD CAPACITY: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: up to 110 lbs (50 kg) total, max door width 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max width 36" (914 mm).
