CRL Cologne Hinges — Solid Brass Glass Shower Door Hinge (SKU: C0L037BBRZ)

Cologne Hinges are a brass alternative to Vienna-style shower door hinges, featuring radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern look. Designed for wider, heavier glass shower doors, these hinges include two internal steel pins that offer mounting flexibility:

• Leave pins in place to use CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety.
• Remove pins to increase adjustability and fit CRL or some competitive rectangular/square cut-outs.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin:

Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90° on one side and 85° on the other (5° tighter closure toward the shower interior). Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship at 85°. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the angle.

Custom Pivot Pins:

Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired closing position.

Load Capacity:

Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm): holds up to 110 lb (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: holds up to 140 lb (63 kg), max width 36" (914 mm).
