CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L044BBRZ) — solid brass shower door hinges designed for heavier and wider frameless shower doors. Cologne Hinges offer radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern look and improved durability compared with standard Vienna-style hinges. Built-in features provide flexible mounting and long-lasting performance for tempered glass shower doors and frameless shower enclosures.

Dual steel pin design: Two internal steel pins provide template options. Leave pins in place to use CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove them to fit CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and, in some cases, compatible competitive cut-outs.

Standard reversible pivot pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; rotate the pin (not flip) to engage the 85º side for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Pre-set models ship with the 85º side activated.

Custom pivot pins: Custom pivot pins are available up to 45º for off-angle installations where walls do not meet the door at 90º. Contact CRL Technical Sales to specify a custom angle.

Two hinges with 1/2" glass (12 mm): up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
Three hinges with 3/8" glass (10 mm): up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).
Three hinges with 1/2" glass (12 mm): up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
