CRL Cologne Hinges offer a sleek alternative to Vienna hinges with radius corners and beveled edges. Designed for wider, heavier shower doors, Cologne Hinges use two internal steel pins for mounting versatility: leave the pins in place to use CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for safety, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and some competitive cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side active. Pre-set models ship with the pin set to 85º (provides a 5º tighter closure toward the shower interior). The pin can be rotated to select the desired angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Available to accommodate off-angle installations—specify a custom angle (up to 45º) if the standard 5º offset does not achieve the desired door closing position.

Using two hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: supports up to 100 lbs. (45 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).

Using three hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: supports up to 130 lbs. (59 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).

Using three hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: supports up to 130 lbs. (59 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
