CRL Cologne Hinges are a radius-corner, beveled-edge alternative to Vienna hinges, designed to give shower doors a sleek, modern look while supporting wider, heavier doors that standard hinges cannot. Ideal for tempered glass shower doors, Cologne Hinges include two internal steel pins that offer mounting flexibility: leave the pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove them to increase adjustability and fit CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs — and in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90º on one side and 85º (5º tighter into the shower) on the other. Standard models ship set to 90º; Pre-Set models ship at 85º. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available up to 45º to accommodate off-angle walls when the standard 5º adjustment is insufficient.

Load Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm) supports up to 110 lbs. (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges supports up to 140 lbs. (63 kg) with the same maximum width.
