CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L037PN) - solid brass shower door hinges designed for wider, heavier glass doors. Cologne Hinges offer radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern appearance and greater strength than standard Vienna-style hinges. Two internal steel pins provide mounting options: leave both pins for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs (for added safety), or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (including some competitive templates).

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90° on one side and 85° on the other (standard models ship with 90°). Rotate the pin (not flip) to engage the 85° side for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior.

Custom Pivot Pins: Available to accommodate off-angle installations—specify a custom angle up to 45° if standard adjustment does not achieve the desired door position.

Load Capacity:
Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm): holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm): holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
