CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU: P1N037PN) — a glass shower door hinge designed for modern baths. Similar to the Geneva Series but with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, premium appearance. Pinnacle Hinges accept 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and are self-centering when within 15° of the closed position. Constructed of solid brass with stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs for long service life and reliable door closure. Features the Reversible 5° Pivot Pin found in CRL Geneva, Cathedral, Roman, Ultimate, and Elite Series; a Custom Pivot Pin (up to 45°) is available for off‑angle installations.

Each Pinnacle Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active. Pre-set models ship with the 85° side active for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the setting.

Custom Pivot Pins accommodate off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

Load Capacity

Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg), max door width 28" (711 mm).
Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
