The CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU: P1N045PN) is a radius-corner, beveled-edge alternative to the Geneva Series offering a sleek, modern look for tempered glass shower doors. Pinnacle Hinges accept 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and are self-centering within 15° of the closed position. Constructed from solid brass with stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs, these shower door hinges deliver durable, reliable door closure and long service life. The hinge includes a Reversible 5° Pivot Pin—also used in our Geneva, Cathedral, Roman, Ultimate, and Elite Series—and a Custom Pivot Pin option is available for off-angle installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Pinnacle Hinge includes a Reversible Pivot Pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship with the 85° side active for a tighter 5° closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to activate the alternate angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom Pivot Pins can be specified for off-angle installations (up to 45°) when the standard 5° offset does not achieve the desired door closure angle.

PERFORMANCE:
Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: supports up to 80 lbs. (36 kg) and a maximum door width of 28" (711 mm).

Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: supports up to 120 lbs. (54 kg) and a maximum door width of 32" (813 mm).
