The CRL Pinnacle Hinge is a sleek, radius‑corner alternative to the Geneva Series, featuring beveled edges for a refined appearance. Engineered for residential and hotel shower doors, this solid brass shower door hinge accepts 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and provides reliable self‑centering closure when within 15° of the closed position. Stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs extend service life and ensure consistent door operation.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin
Each Pinnacle hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90° on one side and 85° (5° tighter closure) on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre‑set models ship with the 85° side active. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the closing angle.

Custom Pivot Pin (up to 45°)
Custom pivot pins are available for off‑angle installations (up to 45°) to accommodate walls or jambs that are not square to the door — ideal for custom glass shower enclosures or retrofit projects.

Load Capacity
Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg), max door width 28" (711 mm).
Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
