The CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU: P1N044BR) is a solid brass shower door hinge designed for frameless glass shower doors. Compared to the Geneva Series, Pinnacle adds radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern look. Engineered for durability, it features stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs for long service life and reliable door closure.

Pinnacle Hinges accommodate 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and are self-centering when within 15° of the closed position. They include the reversible 5° pivot pin used across our Geneva, Cathedral, Roman, Ultimate, and Elite Series for adjustable closing action. A Custom Pivot Pin is available for off-angle installations up to 45°.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN:

Each Pinnacle Hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated. Pre-set models ship with the 85° side activated for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to change the active side.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN:

Custom Pivot Pins can be specified for non‑90° wall-to-door conditions (up to 45°) to ensure proper closing on off-angle installations.

CAPACITY:

Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: supports up to 80 lbs (36 kg) with a maximum door width of 28" (711 mm). Using three hinges: supports up to 120 lbs (54 kg) with a maximum door width of 32" (813 mm).
