The CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU P1N044MBL) is a solid-brass, radius-corner hinge with beveled edges for a sleek, modern look. Designed for glass shower doors, Pinnacle Hinge accepts 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) thick tempered safety glass and is self-centering within 15° of the closed position. Durable stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs provide long service life and reliable door closure. The hinge features the same reversible 5° pivot pin found in Geneva, Cathedral, Roman, Ultimate, and Elite Series hinges; a custom pivot pin (up to 45°) is available for off-angle installations.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with a 90° side (standard factory setting) and an 85° side (5° tighter closure). Rotate the pin (not flip) to change the activated side. Pre-set models can be supplied with the 85° side activated.

Custom Pivot Pin: Specify a custom pivot pin angle (up to 45°) for walls or installations that do not meet the door at 90°.

Load Capacities:

• Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 80 lbs. (36 kg); max door width 28" (711 mm)
• Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 120 lbs. (54 kg); max door width 32" (813 mm)
