The CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU P1N0440RB) is a radius-corner, beveled-edge alternative to the Geneva Series that delivers a sleek, premium look for glass shower doors. Designed for 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass, this solid-brass, stainless-steel-plunger-tipped hinge provides reliable self-centering action and long service life. Key differentiators include the reversible 5° pivot pin for adjustable closing, stainless steel pins and springs for corrosion resistance, and an available custom pivot pin for off-angle installations up to 45°.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; pre-set models ship with the 85° side for a tighter 5° closure into the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to change the active side.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pins are available for non-90° wall conditions—specify the required angle (up to 45°) for off-angle installations.

LOAD CAPACITY:

• Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 80 lb (36 kg); maximum door width 28" (711 mm).
• Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 120 lb (54 kg); maximum door width 32" (813 mm).
