CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L0440RB) are radius‑corner, beveled‑edge shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless glass doors. Similar to Vienna Hinges but with a sleeker profile, Cologne Hinges are solid brass pivots built to support residential and hotel shower doors using tempered safety glass. They offer options for both CRL "mouse‑ears" cut-outs and rectangular square‑corner cut-outs by leaving or removing two internal steel template pins, improving compatibility with competitive glass templates.

Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90º and 85º. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; Pre-Set models are set to 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to change the angle.

Custom Pivot Pins: Available to accommodate off‑angle installations (specify required angle up to 45º) for doors that do not meet the wall at 90º.
