Designed as a heavy-duty alternative to standard Vienna-style hinges, Cologne Hinges support wider, heavier shower doors and provide installation flexibility via two internal steel pins—keep pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or remove them for rectangular/square corner cut-outs (may fit some competitor cut-outs). STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated; Pre-Set models ship at 85° (5° tighter closure). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available to accommodate off-angle walls (specify angles up to 45°).
