CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L044PN) deliver a sleek, modern look with radius corners and beveled edges—an ideal heavy-duty shower door hinge for wider, heavier tempered glass doors. Designed as a stronger alternative to traditional Vienna-style hinges, Cologne Hinges use two internal steel pins for installation flexibility: leave the pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or remove them to fit CRL rectangular square-corner cut-outs and in some cases compatible competitive cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; Pre-Set models are set to 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available up to 45º to accommodate off-angle walls or non-90º installations—specify required angle when standard adjustment is insufficient.
