CRL Cologne Hinges — heavy-duty shower door hinges with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern look. Designed to support wider, heavier frameless glass doors where standard hinges fall short. Solid brass construction and internal steel pins deliver reliable performance and long service life.

Dual steel pin system (mounting flexibility): Two internal steel pins provide mounting options. Leave both pins in place to use CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety. Remove the pins to increase adjustability and fit CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs — and, in some cases, compatible competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active. Rotate the pin to engage the 85° side for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Pre-set models ship pre-set at 85°.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

Using two hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: supports up to 100 lbs. (45 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).
Using two hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: supports up to 100 lbs. (45 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: supports up to 130 lbs. (59 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).
Using three hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: supports up to 130 lbs. (59 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
